IN PROPERTY AGENTS ACN 662 416 319 & ABN 35 662 416 319 (“IN PROPERTY AGENTS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and its associated companies respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who deal with us.

Completed real estate files are securely archived for at least 7 years, after which they are securely destroyed or de-identified unless required by law.

PRIVACY COMPLAINTS
If you believe we have breached the APPs, you may submit a written complaint to our Privacy Officer.
